CLERK OF THE COURTS
The county clerk is responsible for filing vital records or important documents related to Clark County's population and events including marriage licenses, child support, judgements, and official court documents. The clerk wears a number of different hats. If you have questions about a case or about serving jury duty in the Clark County courts, or you would like to get a copy of a document from Clark County, such as a marriage certificate, divorce decree, child support order or other judgment, you must contact the Clark County Clerk's office.
