ISBDC To Host Business Competition
The Southeast Indiana Small Business Development Center (Southeast ISBDC) is once again hosting Risk It: Indiana, its annual business competition. This competition is geared toward entrepreneurs who have developed new, innovative products or services. Each competitor will pitch their product to a professional board, and a live audience will participate by voting for their favorite contestant. The first and second place winners will be awarded counseling sessions with the panel of judges, as well as admission to any ISBDC workshops for a year.
The competition will be held on Thursday, May 7th, at the Venture Out Business Center in Madison, Indiana. Community members are invited to attend this fun event and vote for their favorite contestants. Admission is $5, which includes pizza. The event kicks off at 6 pm. Those who wish to attend should register at www.riskitindiana.org, or contact Diane Fuchs at 812-952-9765.
